    So this is it, my final MA Blog post. What an amazing couple of years this has been, and I can't believe it's nearly over. Reflecting on the work I have done over the two years, I can't believe how much my practice has changed. I started the MA wanting to question in depth what my practice is all about, why I work the way I do, and free myself out of a certain way of working I had found myself stuck in.     Whats it all about? After thoughts on performances so far... Props in 'Cut Flowers #3' Props added something new. My favourite being a teddy that I used in the performance to mimic a baby, and also swung about playfully as if I were a child. It gave me the ability to confuse the role I was playing between a housewife/mother and child. The props almost allowed me to play out different roles/situations, like a child pretending in their room. It felt playful but at the same time

    Highlights from 'Cut Flowers #3' solo exhibition. This one had a very different feel to my last performance. There was much more quiet time that allowed me to really question why i was creating work like this, and what it is all about. It was a very different experience this time round, and i really enjoy the fact that the work, and the experience of the performance for myself and the viewer changes so much depending on the setting of the work.
